Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 23 February 2021, Patrick Kemp, Solicitor, exercised options over 29,260 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2017 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme and all of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise were sold at 312 pence per Ordinary Share.

The option exercise was satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury. Following the transfer, 827,150 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,311,606.  This latter figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
