Image Scan, (AIM: IGE) specialists in the field of real-time X-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today at 11.00 a.m., all resolutions were duly passed. The results of the votes received in relation to the AGM are available on the Company's website www.ish.co.uk.
