Director and PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15 February 2021 that Lisa Gordon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company at a price of 128.0 pence per share and was notified on 16 February of an additional purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company at a price of 128.8725 pence per share.

As a result of these transactions, Mrs Gordon's beneficial interest in the Company, now amounts to a total holding of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
