The Company was notified on 29 January 2021 that Artemis Investment Management LLP ("Artemis") now holds in aggregate 1,702,165 ordinary shares in the Company, being 5.27% of the total voting rights, (including 906,775 ordinary shares (2.81%) in respect of which Artemis themselves control the voting rights).
