Inland ZDP PLC's annual report contains certain information which also appears in, or is derived from, the Inland Homes plc annual report.  Inland ZDP PLC will announce its audited annual results for the year ended 30 September 2020 on 8 February 2021.  This is the date on which the Inland Homes plc results are expected to be announced and is within the extended deadline as set out in the FCA policy statement giving relief during the coronavirus crisis.

As at 30 September 2020, Inland Homes plc had complied with all its covenants under the Loan Note, Contribution Agreement and related security documentation.
