Result of General Meeting

Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, announces that, further to the announcement of 8 January 2021, at the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly, the Company has now issued 100,000,000 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing and Subscription also announced on 8 January along with the associated Fundraise Warrants and Broker Warrants.

Application has been made for Admission of the 100,000,000 Fundraise Shares which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 2 February 2021.
