Judges Scientific, a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector , announces that, David Cicurel, Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6,300 pence per Ordinary Share to a number of new and existing institutional shareholders.

The revised beneficial Shareholding for David Cicurel is set out below:
