In accordance with the provisions of Article 226 of the Spanish Securities Market Act, Endesa, S.A. hereby issues notice of the following Insider Information:

Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) has published a press release dated 15 January 2021, in which upgrades Endesa’s S.A long-term issuer rating from “Baa2” to “Baa1”, with a Stable Outlook.

At the same time, the rating agency affirmed Endesa’s short-term debt rating at “P-2”.
