Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Image Scan, (AIM: IGE) specialists in the field of X-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website www.ish.co.uk.

The Company's AGM, notice of which is included at the end of the Annual Report, will be held on Tuesday 23rd February 2021 at 11:00 am at the Company's registered offices of 16 -18 Hayhill Industrial Estate, Sileby Road, Barrow-upon-Soar, Leicestershire, LE12 8LD. In accordance with Government legislation and related restrictions in response to COVID-19, and to minimise public health risks, the 2021 Annual General Meeting is to be held as a closed meeting and members and their proxies will not be able to attend the meeting in person.
