Purchase of Shares by Employee Benefit Trust

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that the Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust has completed the on-market purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 88 pence per share.

These Ordinary Shares are intended to satisfy the annual bonus for the year ended 31 January 2020 of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Montague, and will be held by the Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust until their vesting date, which will coincide with the announcement of the Company's results for the year ending 31 January 2021.
