Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") announces that, as at 31 December 2020, its issued share capital consists of 75,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.  There are no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 75,000,000.

The above figure of 75,000,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
