The Company notes the announcement released by Octagonal PLC (OCT:L) on Thursday 24th December 2020 of which the Company's Chairman is a party to the complaint and, except for Mr Anthony Samaha, Directors of Inspirit Energy Holdings plc are on the board of Octagonal plc and its principal operating subsidiary GIS.
Inspirit Energy Holding Plc is a separate entity operating in the renewable energy sector, specifically in waste heat recovery and there is no impact on its operations.
