Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces the following share transaction by a Director.

On 24 December 2020, Gordon Banham, Chief Executive Officer, sold his entire holding of 2,646,825 ordinary shares in the Company to GB Holdings (2021) Limited, a company wholly owned by him, at a price of 220p per ordinary share, realising total proceeds of £5,823,015. Following this transaction, Mr Banham's beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged and represents 8.20% of the Company's ordinary share capital.
