TruFin plc (LSE: TRU) (the "Company") has been notified by the trustee of the TruFin plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") that, on 21 December 2020, the EBT disposed of 1,807,217 ordinary shares of 91 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company in connection with the exercise by a former employee of a nil cost option granted by the Company under the Company's Performance Share Plan.

Following this transfer, the EBT holds 1,566,255 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.94 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
