First Day of Dealings
Schroder BSC Social Impact plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8.00 a.m. today on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange and admission of its Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("Admission").
The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker 'SBSI' (ISIN: GB00BF781319 and SEDOL: BF78131).
The Company notifies that immediately following Admission, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:
