Results of the Offer for Subscription
Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company"), the UK-based company which will be seeking to invest in businesses within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry, is delighted to announce that it has successfully raised £600,000 (before expenses) by way of an Offer for Subscription for up to 600,000,000 new ordinary shares of £0.000028 each ("New Ordinary Shares") at an Offer Price of £0.001 pence per New Ordinary Share.
Subsequently, 600,000,000 New Ordinary Shares of £0.000028 each have been approved for allotment to the various subscribers, conditional upon Admission taking place on Wednesday, 30 December 2020. These shares will rank pari passu with the 1,800,000,000 existing issued ordinary shares in the Company of £0.000028 each. Together, these 2,400,000,000 ordinary shares, comprising the entire issued share capital of the Company, shall be admitted to the Official List (by way of Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
