PDMR Dealing

GlobalData announces that it has received notification that on 17 December 2020, Mike Danson (CEO), Bernard Cragg (Chairman), and a connected party of Wayne Lloyd (Managing Director, GlobalData US), sold 1,200,000, 100,000 and 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, at a price of 1,100 pence per share. Further detail is set out in the below Notification of Dealing Form.

Following the sale, Mike Danson, Bernard Cragg, Wayne Lloyd and their connected parties continue to hold a combined 70.3 per cent of the Company's share capital. The shares sold by Mike Danson, Bernard Cragg, and connected persons of Wayne Lloyd represent 1.3 per cent of the Company's issued shares.
