Result of General Meeting

Pressure Technologies plc, (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, is pleased to confirm that at the General Meeting held earlier today, in connection with its proposed Placing and PrimaryBid Offer of £7.5 million, all resolutions were duly passed. This included Resolution 3 which proposed the cancellation of the Company's share premium account; this is still subject to the consent of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 12,471,998 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 18 December 2020.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless defined in this announcement or unless the context provides otherwise, bear the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the announcement made by the Company on 30 November 2020 at 4:35 p.m. to announce the launch of the Placing.
