Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 (the 'Annual Report') has been published.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice') are available to download from the Company's website corporate.premiermiton.com/documents and have been posted today to Premier Miton shareholders who have elected to receive a hardcopy. 

Annual General Meeting and COVID-19

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the Company's registered office at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DE at 10:00 a.m. on 3 February 2021.

In the prevailing circumstances, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend the venue, save for sufficient Directors to constitute the required quorum.

Shareholders are invited to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions by proxy, appointing the Chair of the meeting. Shareholders wishing to ask questions should submit these in advance, following the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting.

The AGM will be broadcast as a webinar and shareholder registration details for those wishing to join will be published via a further RNS announcement closer to the AGM date.
