Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 PLC ("Gresham House VCT 2" or the "Company"), a fund investing in a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Donovan as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 7 December 2020.
Andrew is a highly experienced corporate financier, with over 24 years of M&A and capital-raising transaction experience in the renewable energy and utilities sectors.
Christian Yates, Chair of Gresham House VCT 2, said:

Under the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Andrew Donovan.
