Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed that on 2 December 2020 Andrew Shepherd, CEO International & Group Deputy CEO, exercised awards over 5,916 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted in 2013 and 2014 under the 2010 Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS").  Following the exercise, all 5,916 of the Shares were sold at a price of 1662.5p per share.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 5,916 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 506,671 Shares, representing 3.14% of the Company's total voting rights.

In addition, Alison Shepherd, wife of and person closely associated with Andrew Shepherd, sold 8,513 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1659.5p per share.
