Assignment of Sentiance Loan
Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investment company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 30 September 2020, the €3m loan it agreed to advance to Sentiance NV has been assigned to MESH Holdings Plc ("MESH") for the cash consideration of €3m, which has now been received by Asimilar. As a result, all rights and interests under the terms of the loan have been assigned to MESH.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014. The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
