Result of Annual General Meeting

Brand Architekts Group, the personal care and beauty products group with its own portfolio of brands, announces that at its AGM held earlier today, all ordinary resolutions (1 to 7) were duly passed.

Special Resolutions 8 to 11 required a 75% majority of votes cast. Resolutions 8, 9 and 11 were duly passed. Resolution 10 secured votes of 59.02% in favour, and therefore did not pass.
