AGM Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at Noon today, Jan G. Holmstrom, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

"Trading performance for the first six months of the year is in line with the expectations of the Board.  The continued effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have not adversely affected the Hemmers and KMR businesses in the first half year.  Although the pandemic is ongoing, the Directors are satisfied that with the appropriate measures in place to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and recent restructuring, the businesses are now generating positive results.''
