Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchases

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, confirms that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited ("Sanne"), acting as Trustee of the YouGov Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), has purchased a total of 394,988 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Group under the planned  programme over a 12 month period as announced on 22 November 2019.

On 20 November 2020, it was agreed that Sanne acting as Trustee of the Trust will commence the purchase of Ordinary Shares each in the Group as part of a new planned programme. It is expected that approximately up to 1,000,000 shares will be purchased over the course of the next twelve months to the end of November 2021 under this programme. These shares will ultimately be used by the Trust for the settlement of awards granted under the Group's employee share schemes, namely the Long Time Incentive Plan 2019, the Long Time Incentive Plan 2014 and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2014.

At the date of this announcement, the Trust holds 980,152 Ordinary shares, representing 0.93% of the Group's issued share capital with voting rights.
