Change of Auditor

NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leader in the UK consumer legal services market, announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed Mazars LLP ("Mazars") as the Group's new external auditor with effect from today's date.

Mazars will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31 December 2020.  Any proposal to re-appoint Mazars in respect of the financial year beginning 1 January 2021 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2021 AGM.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has resigned by notice to the Group under section 516 of the Companies Act 2006 and has confirmed that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Group for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
