Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been notified that Ms Jane Annear, Managing Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at 90 pence per share on 13 November 2020.

Following completion of this transaction, Ms Annear has an interest in 2,110,096 ordinary shares, representing 2.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
