Purchase of shares / PDMR Shareholding

The Company today announces that on 6 November 2020 Neil Rowden, a PDMR and Litigation Funding Manager for LionFish Litigation Finance (UK) Limited, acquired from the Trustees of the Company's employee benefit trust (EBT), 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.002 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60 pence per Ordinary Share.  

Following this purchase, Neil Rowden's aggregate controlled interest in the Company totals to 41,160 ordinary shares, representing 0.048 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Convex is entirely focussed on helping companies, particularly owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses, realise their value through sales to large corporates. Convex identifies and proactively targets firms that it believes represent attractive acquisition opportunities.
