INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING - PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Further to the announcement made by Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company") earlier today, the Company has now published its prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with its proposed initial public offering ("IPO").

The Company is seeking to raise up to US$250 million by way of an issue including an Initial Placing and Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares (the "Initial Issue") to invest in a diversified portfolio of mixed U.S. renewable energy assets. The Prospectus relates to the proposed admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission").

Further details are set out in the Prospectus which has been approved by the FCA. Copies of the Prospectus will be available on the Company's website at https://ecofininvest.com/rnew.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
