PDMR dealing
The Board of Keystone was today informed of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of the Company.
· William Robins, a PDMR of the Company, sold 70,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Robins' interest is now in 1,383,698 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
This transaction, which took place yesterday, was completed at a price of 477 pence per Ordinary Share.
