All the shares the subject of this notification were issued as Ordinary Share Consideration by the Issuer as per its announcement dated 17 August 2020 in relation to the acquisition of Virgo Resources Ltd by the issuer when the aggregate percentage holding was 7.803%. The percentage holdings shown is based on the Total Voting Rights of the issuer on 14 September 2020 after the issuer's GBP625,000 fundraising reduced the aggregate percentage holding to 5.764%. The total aggregate percentage holding based on Total Voting rights of 3,265,838,539 on 9 November 2020 is 5.277%
