Medica Group PLC (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, has received notification from Dr Stuart Quin, Chief Executive Officer of Medica, that on 4 November 2020 he purchased a total of 27,680 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 107.3p per Share.
Following this transaction, Stuart Quin has a shareholding of 67,042 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
