Grant of Options
Judges Scientific announces that it has issued options over 3,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £52.00. As disclosed in the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts, 1,000 options were awarded by the Remuneration Committee to each of the Executive Directors, with performance conditions of 6% compound growth in Earnings per Share, to be granted at the earliest opportunity following the issue of the 2019 financial statements.
