Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland offering private and affordable housing, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. This includes approval of a dividend of 2p per share.
