Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, at 30 October 2020 the issued share capital of the Company comprises 11,464,229,052 ordinary shares of 0.03125p ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one voting right per share.

On 2 November 2020, a further 85,063,264 Ordinary Shares will be issued as detailed in the Company's announcement of 28 October 2020. Therefore, from 2 November 2020 the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 11,549,292,316 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 11,549,292,316. From 2 November 2020, the figure of 11,549,292,316 should be used as shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
