i3 Energy plc is pleased to announce that, following the conclusion of its general meeting held earlier today, the resolution was duly passed to approve the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common stock of Toscana Energy Income Corporation on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Company's admission document dated 13 October 2020.

The table below sets out the results of the voting on the resolution:
