AIM Admission and Total Voting Rights

Curtis Banks Group Plc (AIM:CBP) announces that an application has been made to AIM and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for an admission of 367,204 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2017 LTIP").

On exercise the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. It is expected that such admission will become effective on 29 October 2020.

Upon admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 66,414,312 Ordinary Shares.  There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
