Corrections regarding Directors shareholding

Further to the Company's announcement on 25 November 2019, Chairman and CEO, John Gunn, held as at that date a direct interest of 507,983,664 and an indirect interest of 214,133,986 (via Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd) Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") totalling 722,117,650 Ordinary Shares representing 25.4% per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital on that date (previously incorrectly reported as 796,687,374 Ordinary Shares representing 28%).

John Gunn's shareholding (direct and indirect) remains the same today at 722,117,650 Ordinary Shares and represents 24.9% of the current issued share capital.
