Prospectus Publication Announcement

The Company, the owner of the Wudinna Gold Project on the Eyre Peninsula in the Central Gawler Gold Province, a 450-kilometre-long arcuate belt in South Australia, announces the publication of its Prospectus in relation to the admission of a further 71,356,300 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (together, the "Admission").

Admission

It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 October 2020.

The Prospectus will be available from the Company's registered office at 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN and online at www.cobraplc.com (subject to applicable securities laws).

An electronic copy of the Prospectus will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and should be available shortly for inspection at http:/data.fca.org/#nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
