Please note that the right to attend and to vote in the Fund's Extraordinary and Ordinary General Shareholders' Meetings scheduled for 13 November 2020 belongs to all shareholders registered in the Fund's shareholders' register held by Depozitarul Central SA at the end of 16 October 2020, considered as "Reference Date".

* Please recall that on 30 September 2020, the Trade Registry registered the decrease of the subscribed registered share capital from RON 3,959,264,762.44 to RON 3,749,282,292.08, by cancelling a number of 403,812,443 treasury shares acquired by the Fund within the tenth buy-back programme, but this change of the share capital is not yet reflected in the database kept by Depozitarul Central S.A. before 16 October 2020.
