The Annual General Meeting of FRP ADVISORY GROUP PLC was held at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4R 0BR on 22 October 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

All 13 resolutions put to members were duly passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 13 were passed as special resolutions.
