Issue of Share options and PDMR dealing
The Board of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM:CNC) announces that, on 14 October, the Company granted share options (the "Share Options") over 675,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company to 14 employees, including certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as detailed below.
The Share Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 2000, of 101.5 pence each.
The Share Options will vest after 3 years and are subject to performance conditions linked to the average basic earnings per Ordinary Share for the complete years commencing with 1st January 2020 and ending with the year ending most immediately prior to the exercise of the Option.
