Total Voting Rights

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) advises that it has transferred a total of 5,000 ordinary share of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") each from Treasury in order to satisfy the exercise of share options.

After this transfer, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 73,900,012 Ordinary Shares, of which 221,522 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 73,678,490.

This figure of 73,678,490 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
