Suspension of shares pending publication of audited results

As announced on 30 September 2020, although the 2019 audit process is in its final stages it was not possible to complete the audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 prior to the end of September.

As 30 September was the last day permitted for publication of those audited results under the AIM Rules (as modified by the 3 month extension granted in connection with Covid-19 pursuant to the Inside AIM Guidance of 26 March 2020), following consultation with AIM Regulation, the Company's shares are to be temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30am today until the publication of the 2019 audited results.

As announced on 30 September 2020, the Company expects the audit of its 2019 results to be complete within a matter of weeks. The Company also expects to publish its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 prior to the end of October.

The Company intends to request a restoration of trading in its shares on publication of the 2019 audited results.
