Exercise of Options
The Company announces that on 24 September 2020, an employee of the Group exercised options under The Portmeirion Group 2018 Deferred Incentive Plan to subscribe for a total of 3,407 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Accordingly, the Company has transferred 3,407 Ordinary Shares from shares held in treasury in respect of the exercise.
The Company has 14,204,087 Ordinary Shares in issue, consisting of 13,977,112 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 226,975 Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury. The figure of 13,977,112 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of Portmeirion Group PLC as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
