Extension of Reporting Deadline

Comptoir Group Plc (AIM: COM), the owner and/or operator of Lebanese and Eastern Mediterranean restaurants, announces that, further to the guidance provided by AIM Regulation in "Inside Aim" on 26 March 2020, the Company has been granted an extension of one month for the reporting and filing of its financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2020. As agreed with AIM Regulation, the Company will therefore publish its half year results by 30 October 2020.
