Update on Move to Standard List of the Main Market

Further to the announcements of 29 June 2020 and 12 August 2020, Hawkwing (AIM: HNG), provides an update regarding the admission of the Company's shares to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

The Company is finalising a prospectus for Admission and will make a further announcement when the revised date of the expected Admission has been determined.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
