Aukett Swanke Group Plc (the "Group"), the international group of architects, interior designers and engineers,  announces that on Monday 24 August 2020, Antony Barkwith, a director of the Company, was granted options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Options"). The Options have an exercise price of 3.6 pence, a vesting period of two years from grant, and expire six years after grant.
