Statement on Situation in Mali

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, is closely monitoring the situation in Mali following the resignation of President Keita and the dissolution of Parliament. 

The Board would like to advise shareholders that there has been no current impact on Kodal's operations in Mali and that all employees and personnel remain safe and well. 

The Board notes the situation in Mali remains unclear, however there is an expectation that new elections will be called and the Company will make further statements as appropriate.
