Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the critical communications, wireless telecoms and defence & aerospace markets, announces that the Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2020 and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2020 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.

The Annual Report and Accounts is available on the Financial Reports section of the Filtronic website and the Notice of AGM is available in the Shareholder Information section at: www.filtronic.com/investors

The AGM will be held on  Thursday 29 October 2020 at 11.00am at Plexus building, NETPark, Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, Co Durham, TS21 3FD.
